The moon’s 28 day cycle offers us a monthly opportunity to move with intention, and the new moon is this cycle’s reset point. This moment of calm and quiet invites us to root back into our bodies and choose where to focus our next spurt of growth.
In astrology, the moon represents not only our emotional world, but our physical bodies. Our moon placement can clue us into what pace and patterns feel most natural to us, as well as what part of the moon’s monthly cycle we are uniquely attuned to.
By honoring how our internal rhythms interact with ongoing collective rhythms, we can begin achieving growth without compromising our wellbeing.
